I'm so excited by the fabulous opportunity Brian is creating for pods to be created here at Zaadz to explore many ways we can work together to help make the world a better place! To quote Brian from one of his blogs about the pod concept, "A place for group discussions. Imagine Tribe meets Meetup.com meets Yahoo! Groups meets myspace FOCUSED on topics that help you live at your highest potential and change the world (and fun stuff like that)."
I'm looking forward to starting a new pod to explore my favorite subject... how to help make things the best they can be:
Win-Win Thinking in a Positive Sum Universe Living in an expanding universe gives us the opportunity to see ever-expanding opportunities to help one another in new ways. Members of this pod believe that it’s not necessary for someone to lose in order for another to win, but that it is possible for everyone to win when we step back and see a bigger picture. Seeing problems from a new perspective that embraces a larger framework than that in which original problems arose enables individuals and communities to observe and create new solutions on a personal, community, national and international scale. The guiding question for this pod is, "How good can it get?"?

that created it.

It's possible to see new possibilities when we keep our energy and attention focused on the question "How good can it get?" in a spirit of cooperation. We are all as One. It feels best to do well when we're all doing well. When we change the way we think about what we are observing for the better, what we are observing changes for the better.

Cynthia - the Big Picture is crucial - and that can linked to the Historical Perspective as well. Global thinking embraces up and out - and also the past and future.
I have been finding myself as mediator/negotiator in situations of late. I always come to the table knowing that it is possible for everyone to win. The challenge is getting others to see the possibilities.
